Subscription & Billing Policy

This page explains how paid membership charges work on weekendmap.click, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Membership plans and included services

Each paid plan states its main features, access scope, billing interval, and the total payable price before checkout. Any optional add-on is shown separately so you can decide whether to include it.

Pricing and currency

All subscription prices shown on the checkout flow must be presented clearly in Swiss francs (CHF) and include non-optional charges. Optional extras, if offered, are displayed transparently before payment. Legal basis: Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; RS 942.211).

How the order is placed

Before you submit an order, the checkout must show the steps needed to conclude the contract, allow you to review and correct input errors, and then send an electronic order confirmation after submission. Legal basis: Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; RS 241), Art. 3 para. 1 let. s UCA.

Billing timing and renewal

If you choose a recurring membership, your first charge is made at the time shown during checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval unless you cancel before the next renewal date. The renewal price and billing frequency must be shown before purchase.

Trials

If a trial is offered, the trial length, any amount charged during the trial, the date of the first paid charge, and the cancellation deadline are shown before you subscribe.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel recurring renewal by using the account settings or by contacting us at the details below. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not normally reverse charges already due for the current billing period unless we expressly state otherwise at purchase or in separate terms. Swiss federal law does not provide a general mandatory withdrawal period for ordinary online sales. Legal basis: Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220).

Terms and privacy

Any membership terms must be available before purchase and must not create a marked and unjustified imbalance against consumers. Legal basis: Art. 8 UCA, Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220). If we process personal data for accounts, personalization, maps, newsletters, analytics, or payment flows, this must be described in our privacy notice. Legal basis: Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (FADP; RS 235.1).
