Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of weekendmap.click, including member features, editorial recommendations, map-related content, and paid subscription services. By using the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership and subscriptions
Paid memberships give access to the scope described on the checkout and plan pages. Features, partner offers, and editorial selections may change over time. Prices, billing intervals, included charges, and any optional extras must be presented clearly before purchase in accordance with the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; RS 942.211).
3. Order process
Before placing an order, users can review their selected plan, enter account and payment details, and correct input errors using the provided edit functions. The order is submitted only after the final confirmation action. An electronic confirmation is sent after the order is received, in line with Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; RS 241), Art. 3 para. 1 let. s UCA.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, copy protected content beyond permitted use, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
5. Editorial content and partner offers
Content on weekendmap.click is provided for general information and discovery purposes. Availability, accuracy, pricing, opening hours, and suitability of third-party venues or partner offers are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Third-party terms may apply to external offers.
6. Privacy and cookies
If personal data is processed for accounts, personalization, maps, newsletters, analytics, or payment flows, it is handled as described in the site privacy notice and in accordance with the Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (FADP; RS 235.1). Information about cookies and similar technologies, their purposes, and objection options must be provided under Art. 45c Telecommunications Act (TCA; RS 784.10), Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (FADP; RS 235.1).
7. Cancellation, renewal, and termination
Any renewal, cancellation deadlines, or minimum terms shown on the subscription page or checkout apply to the purchased plan. Swiss law does not provide a general statutory withdrawal period for ordinary online sales; any cancellation rights depend on the actual offer and policy, consistent with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220).
8. Liability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, weekendmap.click excludes liability for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, and interruptions caused by third parties, external platforms, force majeure, or factors outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
9. Additional terms
If separate membership terms are presented before purchase, they form part of the contract and must remain fair under Art. 8 UCA, Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220). If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
